Who are we?


Nourish Parents was created by Sara Campin and Dot Zacharias, two former strategy consultants who turned to coaching and self-care after becoming mothers and share a motivation to support parents' mental health and wellbeing by providing practical self-care tools and compassionate support that meet the realities and challenges of modern parenting.

Building on the success of the Nourish App, the co-founders were passionate about creating a platform to meet the needs of companies and their employees, to help more parents find more balance in their parenting journey and careers and to change the way that companies support parental mental health.

The full Nourish team of experts and advisors is made up of 20 experts in parental mental health and wellbeing, who contribute content and live content for our courses, app and community.
